Our policy is to personally acknowledge (where you’ve provided us your details) all complaints and appeals within 10 working days, along with, where relevant, our initial plan of action to address any concerns raised. We aim to fully resolve any issues within 20 working days and where this is not possible, provide an indication of timeframes to address the issues, along with updates where relevant.

You may complete this form anonymously – however, please be aware that if you do not provide us with your details, we won’t be able to acknowledge your complaint, or keep you updated with our progress in resolving any issues. We will treat all information in confidence and you will be treated fairly and professionally no matter what you say.
