Janine Ilitch
Chief Executive Officer

Janine Ilitch is the Chief Executive Officer of ACFEC, where she leads the organisation in its mission to deliver exceptional, accredited training in Conflict Management, Investigations, Procurement, and Contracting. With a robust commitment to compliance and regulatory standards, Janine ensures that ACFEC's programs are meticulously designed to uphold public sector integrity and equip professionals with the essential skills to navigate complex compliance landscapes.
Under her visionary leadership, ACFEC has established itself as a trusted authority in public sector training across Australia, consistently providing programs that address the evolving demands of regulatory and compliance frameworks. Janine's strategic approach and dedication to excellence have greatly enhanced the organisation's reputation in the field.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Janine was a member of the Australian national netball team for 11 years, demonstrating her competitive spirit and teamwork both on and off the court.

PAUL SIMONSSON
Trainer and Accessor - Government Investigations
Paul is a highly qualified professional with formal qualifications in law, investigations, VET training, and management, boasting a distinguished 30-year career dedicated to training and capacity building within government agencies. He has designed and delivered customer-centric training programs for various government entities and has been instrumental in developing accredited investigation training programs nationwide, including initiatives for Indigenous communities. With expertise in legislative interpretation and policy implementation, Paul promotes compliance across diverse contexts. He is known for his exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling him to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders across professional, social, cultural, and age barriers.
CAROLYN DRURY
Trainer and Assessor - Procurement and Contracting
Carolyn is a seasoned professional with a proven track record as a results-driven Trainer specialising in legislative compliance, procurement, and contracting. Known for her proactive leadership style and exceptional communication and collaboration skills, Carolyn excels in developing and delivering comprehensive courses in the procurement and contracting field, including the Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting.
RODNEY WARREN
TRAINER AND ASSESSOR - Government investigations
Rodney is an accomplished Investigator with decades of experience leading major operations to combat wildlife crime, including smuggling, trafficking, and the destruction of native wildlife. His expertise in investigations, prosecutions, and enforcement training has been pivotal in shaping national standards, notably through his contributions to the development of certifications such as the Certificate IV and Diploma in Government Investigations in collaboration with the Australian Environment Law Enforcement Regulators Network (AELERT).
JANE DIEDRICKS
Trainer and Accessor
Jane is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in human resource management, legal practice, and procurement. As a qualified Lawyer and nationally accredited Mediator, she has held senior executive roles in various organisations, including ICT services and commercial ventures. Jane demonstrates her commitment to education as a Lecturer and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra, enhancing her reputation in the legal field while developing future professionals. She also delivers procurement, contracting, and probity training for ACFEC, helping learners gain a deeper understanding of government procurement frameworks from both governmental and provider/supplier perspectives.
CRAIG MCCORMACK
Trainer and Accessor - Government Investigations
Craig brings over two decades of extensive experience in law enforcement and compliance, showcasing a diverse background across multiple roles. He has been a key member of various security and emergency response units, including serving as a Senior Instructor for custodial and tactical training at NSW Corrective Services. During his tenure, Craig developed his operational and training expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including legislation, critical incident management, firearms, self-defence, riot training, and hostage response. Additionally, Craig has served as an Environmental Compliance Officer, where he conducted general patrol duties, managed both overt and covert operations, and led complex investigations involving evidence gathering and the production of prosecution briefs.
TARIAN DIXON
Trainer and Accessor - Procurement and Contracting
Tarian is a highly skilled contracting and procurement specialist with extensive experience and legal qualifications. She has collaborated with Commonwealth and Territory Governments to review procurement and grants management processes, demonstrating her ability to develop advanced procurement strategies. With over 15 years in designing and delivering training for government entities, Tarian excels at building high-performance teams and fostering strategic alliances. Her deep understanding of government operations and compliance systems enables her to navigate complex environments effectively. Additionally, she delivers training up to the Graduate Diploma level in Government Procurement and Contracting, both nationally and internationally.
TERRY WHITEHEAD
Trainer and accessor - Government Investigations
Terry is a distinguished operational police member in Victoria with a strong commitment to public safety. Since 2010, he has served as a sergeant in the State Liquor Unit, focusing on training unit members and collaborating with police Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to enhance policing strategies. He has developed training packages endorsed by the Victorian Police Education Department, improving skills in criminal investigations and emergency management while fostering community engagement. His dedication to training excellence has earned him widespread respect within the law enforcement community.
