OUR e-LEARNING PLATFORM: MOODLE

Moodle is an online platform that allows students to engage with materials outside the face-to-face course material.  Learning resources we offer on this e-learning platform typically include readings, recordings, videos, PowerPoints, extracts and articles, relevant legislation, and other helpful links. will all be made available on the site.

WHY WE OFFER E-LEARNING

ACFEC uses Moodle to support ACFEC's flipped classroom pedagogy.  Pre-course material, usually housed on Moodle, allows the face-to-face content to focus on practical exercises.   Online quizzes prior to the course also allow trainers to identify areas of improvement as well as strengths.  As part of ACFEC’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Moodle has allowed us to continue to provide training as things change quickly.
