ACFEC is committed to providing pro bono services for our clients, both in Australia and overseas.
ACFEC recently provided pro bono assistance to the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), SPREP (Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme) and MNRE (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment). Support was provided in reviewing and updating the Enforcement and Investigations Manual for both the Solomon Islands and Samoa.
ACFEC provided advice on regulatory and investigative procedures, legislation compliance and relevant new templates.
