ACFEC can utilises the video conferencing system, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, in conjunction with our eLearning platform, Moodle, to deliver the virtual training sessions. The virtual classroom sessions replicate the face-to-face training environment and allow classroom learners to interact with the both the trainer and their work colleagues. ACFEC has had outstanding success with its online platforms with the sessions being highly informative and interactive. The breakout rooms enhance learner engagement and increase learner interaction.

The virtual helpdesk is also open one hour prior to the commencement of each training course. Our administration team provide extensive technical support to learners for Microsoft Teams and Zoom and also assistance with submitting assistance Moodle where required.
ACFEC has a pool of 21 laptops that it can loan and courier to learners, free-of-charge if required.
